By installing or using GamerTech ChatBot ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the GamerTech ChatBot application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GamerTech ChatBot provides AI-powered customer support tools for Shopify merchants, including a website chat widget, an agent dashboard, and social media inbox integration with Facebook and Instagram.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your knowledge base and the responses your chatbot provides.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and Meta's Platform Policies when using the Facebook/Instagram integration.
• You must not use the App to send spam, misleading content, or violate any third party's rights.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Facebook/Instagram Integration

Use of the social media integration features is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies. We are not responsible for changes to Meta's API or policies that affect the App's functionality.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost revenue or data loss.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
