You can request deletion of your data associated with GamerTech ChatBot at any time.
Option 1 – Uninstall the app: Uninstalling GamerTech ChatBot from your Shopify store will automatically remove your store's data from our system within 24 hours.
Option 2 – Email request: Send an email to techei123@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Shopify store domain. We will delete your data within 30 days.
Contact the merchant whose store you interacted with to request deletion of your chat history. You may also contact us directly at techei123@gmail.com and we will assist you.
If you connected via Facebook or Instagram Messenger, you can also revoke app permissions directly in your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove "ChatBot". We will delete associated data within 30 days of receiving your request.
